SNOW-MELT / ICE-MELT:
Baxter Mechanical is the industry leader in Kansas City with Snow Melt/Ice Melt systems. Our factory trained installers lay down special "pex" tubing underneath the surface to be melted. By using a heat source, we circulate heated glycol through the special "pex" tubing which radiates the heat to the surrounding area. This raises the temperature of the treated area above freezing points, which keeps ice and snow, from accumulating on the surface.
